SUMMER HOLIDAY HAUL 2022 – Zara, Karen Millen, ASOS + More

Hi loves and welcome back to my blog. Today I’ve got a massive summer holiday haul for you. Some of the bits in the blog I wore on my holiday in Santorini. I purchased for an upcoming holiday in two or three weeks. I didn’t want to wait because I thought they’re probably going to sell out if I wait until then. Let’s get started!

KAREN MILLEN Satin Back Crepe Feather Cuff Dress

Let’s get started, first up we have some Karen Millen bits. I wore this on my holiday in Santorini. Look at the sleeves. I just love this, it feels so nice on. The material is so soft, and I just thought the sleeves, the feathers, were just like a fun add to the outfit. I love the color as well, it was perfect for holidays. Like, I love blues at the minute. This bright blue is stunning. The length was perfect for me. I’m 5’10”, I’m quite tall, so I do sometimes struggle with dresses, with the lengths of things because obviously, I’m tall, a lot of things come up short, especially Zara stuff.

So, I love this, when I tried it on, the length is perfect for me. It’s got a really, really nice neckline and a collar on the neck as well. I love the collar when I put it on, it’s just a little bit different. Yeah, the color, I think, is probably the main thing for me. When I pulled it, I was like, I love the color. I saw the sleeves, I was like the feathers. I’ve actually got that on holidays, I loved it. I was taking a picture at the restaurant, I was like because they’re just so cute. I got this in a UK eight, I think this is sitting on the Karen Millen site now.

Next up, we have this black crochet dress, I feel like crochet is everywhere now. I hope I say that right, crochet. But basically, I took a black crochet dress on holidays with me last time. I did put it on Instagram. This is new in, so always I couldn’t have it before, but now for my next holiday. I’ve got this one, I love it so much more. So I’ve got this super high neck on the front, high back as well. I just feel like this is more. You can just tell it’s more expensive. You can just tell it’s a little bit more luxurious, it’s got a waist tie on it, I don’t have to mess around. It’s got the waist, I feel like you can always rely on Caramel for a good waist tie.

The crochet is just better quality. Like, you can just tell as I’ve got it on, it’s very heavy. And the other one was just a bit unshaped, if that makes sense, whether this one feels like it pulls me in. Again, I’m tall, this is completely long enough for me. This is the crochet. I’m just trying to give you a little bit of a close-up. It’s just better quality. Honestly, when I saw this, I was like, “Oh, love it!”. I can’t wait to style this up. I feel like you could also wear this in the night as well. I don’t know, I’ll probably wear it in the day or the night on my next holiday, but absolutely love this one.

Next up, another Karen Millen number. When I saw this online, I was like. I absolutely loved this when I saw it. It’s got a little cutout on the sides, which I love, it’s sort of like the stretchy waist. It’s got a lot of stretch in the waist. It’s just super comfy, super floaty. It’s just very holiday vibes. It’s super good quality. I just think it’s very dreamy. I love the print. I feel like this never ever goes out of style. Like, you will always see me wearing lemons on holiday. Especially if we do go to Italy. It’s just so floaty and very dreamy. And I love the deep V neckline. I actually got a bra that works with this now as well. I can actually still wear a bra or tape as well into this. I just love this one.

Lastly, from Karen  Millen, we have this little top. This is actually from Lydia Milan’s range. So, lush. I really wish the order came before I went on holidays, but at least now. I’ve got them for the one coming up. I love the little crochet detailing on this top. So, so pretty. And the sleeves,  look at those sleeves. Like, I love an exaggerated sleeve. There are a few things in this haul with exaggerated sleeves. So yeah, I just thought this was super cool. I love the print on this. It’s just so pretty. I just feel like on holidays, it’s so nice to have just like a top you can wear with some super comfy trousers.

ZARA Blue Cut Out Dress

Next we talk about Zara. We have this blue dress. I’ve gone into midi dresses. I feel like they are a way forward for me in Zara. This one is fab. Love the material. It’s kind of got like a little bit of stretch in it and some little cutouts at the front, which I feel like is very in now, like these cutouts at the front. I thought it was super lush. So long again. So comfortable. So, this is one for my next holidays. I think I got this in a size small, it was £32.99.

ZARA Printed Palazzo Trousers Pink 

Next up, we have some Zara trousers and a little top. I think this is from Storets. I wore the full outfit together in the little pic. So, I love these little tops. They’re just so comfy. I find them so easy to wear. I love the neckline, I feel like they’re really stable. I’ve got a couple in my wardrobe. I bought a few from Source Unknown, but it was actually really hard to do returns from Source Unknown. So, I picked this one up from Storets instead. I got them in a small medium. I should have got a smaller size. It looks a little bit big, to be honest.

These are the trousers from Zara that I picked up so good. I was so happy when they brought the trousers version. They’re long enough. I never, ever get long enough trousers for me, but these are long enough. I’m so excited when I pull them out. They’ve got this little belt, which I love, same as the shorts. I love the print on these. They give them very similar vibes. The shorts actually had little balls on the side as well, which was really cute .A  little bit of a close-up of the print. They’re just super cute. I love the short version even more as well. So this is kind of the full outfit. I’m definitely going to be taking these on my next holiday.

Thalia Dress

Next up, we’ve got one of my favorite dresses from my recent holiday. I wore this in Santorini, I just loved it. I felt so nice in it, It’s so long, the sleeves are so long. I just felt like it was proper, like fitted to me, which I feel like is very rare because I am tall. It’s got a waist tie. When I tried it on, I was like, Absolutely love it so much. This is a little bit more expensive.

That’s why I got a size up. Basically, this is a size medium. I ordered the smaller size, it fitted me perfectly. It was like skin-tight, it did look good. I got the medium. Still super comfy. It is a little bit big at the back, but on the hips, it fits super perfectly. Obviously, if my hips get any bigger, then this has got a little bit more room for me. I absolutely love this one.

Sleeper Atlanta Linen Roses Dress

Next up, we have a very creased but a very nice Sleeper dress. This is the Daily Sleeper dress. I was debating whether to get it in white or in this print in black. That was my original sort of issue. I wanted it, but I didn’t know what color.  My favorite thing is the sleeves. I was like this on holiday. Look at my sleeves. It’s just so pretty. This is fitting me, that’s why I love it. I feel like I bought it now, I’m always going to have it.

I got this in a size extra small. This one’s a little bit more expensive. I absolutely love it, it just looks so pretty on holidays with the white. Obviously, in Santorini, everything was white, I just felt very dreamy going around in this. I wore it in the day and the night as well. I feel like it’s super versatile.

Blue Working Girl Blazer

Next up, we have this set from In The Style. I’ve got this in bright pink, I love the bright pink one. I also got the blue one as well, I haven’t worn this yet. I’m saving this for my next holiday. I’ve lost the stay button. My friend actually borrowed this last week, and the button popped off when she was wearing it. I’ve lost the other one, so I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m going to have to try and find a button that matches this and the shorts to be able to sew it back on.

I do wear this with the low V. I just feel like it’s an easy thing to throw on. If I’m not going to wear it. I’m like, Let me just wear one of them Working Girl blazers and shorts because it’s a cute little set. You could wear it with a white shirt, which is what I’ve got in the pic view, it still looks just as good. And that is from Zara that I’m wearing there.

ASOS DESIGN White Waistcoat Skirt

Let’s move on, so the next set ASOS as well. I just want to show you quickly the details on this, how pretty. I actually got this delivered this week, I’m so excited to wear it. I’m loving waistcoats at the minute as well. This is the little skirt. I love the little detail on this—how pretty, so lush. And then, this is the little waistcoat that goes with it. I love this outfit. So cute.

I got this in a size eight, and the skirt is also an eight as well, it just fits perfectly. I think I’m probably going to take it in a little bit. Actually, the waistcoat maybe at the back a little bit, but the skirt’s perfect. Absolutely love this together.

Black Ruffle Skirt

Lastly, we have this little set from Storets. A little black skirt. I love this, like a little ruffled skirt. I just feel like when you go around, you’re briskly shorts inside as well. That’s what I love about it because I am tall. I wouldn’t have been able to wear it if it didn’t have a little short inside because it would just be too revealing. I could never wear it without the shorts. Because it’s got the shorts, it’s okay. So, this is the little ruffled skirt.

I got this in a small. I think this is such a nice day outfit for holidays. I got it in white as well. This one is more small to medium. I got this one. And same for the little top, so lush. Feels like a very nice holiday day outfit. Then, this is the little top with a little tie in the center, you can do this off shoulders. I just thought it was such a cute little set.
