10 SUMMER DRESSES LOOKBOOK – Wedding Guest Dress Haul + Graduation + Holiday

Hi loves and welcome back to my blog. Today, we’ve got an occasion dresses look book for you guys, a ton of dresses to show you. I’m really excited about this blog. Let’s get started!

Lydia Millen Silk Cotton Botanical Maxi Dress

First up, we have this stunning caramel dress. Absolutely love this. It’s from Lydia Milan’s collection. I mean, it has given me Zimmermann vibes. I Love the arms, look at these arms, the detailing on the cuff. Got these little buttons on the cuff and the little buttons here as well, coming up to a high neck. I think it’s so sophisticated. Pop the little bow in the front. You can also do this in the back. And then I pressed it down with some little bow sandals and a basket bag. You can also dress this up with heels as well. I feel like you could wear this for so, so many occasions. This would be stunning for a wedding, could also work for some holidays.

Lydia Millen Linen Tie Belted Midaxi Dress

This is the Karen Millen number. This is Lydia Milan’s collection that just launched. I love how floaty it is. I actually love the length as well. It’s not a maxi, so it’s not supposed to touch the floor. I just feel like it’s a very elegant length. Paired it with these little ASOS shoes with a bow on just to keep that cute style going and a little basket bag from Zara. I mean, the bow hue, this neckline I absolutely love. I think it’s very caramel. I love the cutout. It’s just like tailoring is smart. I just think it elevates the dress. It’s like no longer a plain white dress. It’s got pockets as well. I just thought I was like, “Oh, it’s got pockets,” which is my absolute favorite thing in a summer dress.

I just think this is so elegant. I’m actually going to Santorini next month, so I think this is going to be the perfect dress to take away. I feel like this is holiday vibes. You could wear it in the evening or in the days if you are going somewhere. I just absolutely love this, I feel like this is something you will literally have forever. This is never going out of style because it’s just classic.

KAREN MILLEN Structured Crepe Cut Out Pencil Midi Dress

Next up, we have another Karen Millen number. Again, love the neckline and this little cutout. It’s giving something extra to a classic pencil dress. I got this in the white color, but it does come in other colors online. I thought this was a really good graduation option. I thought this was super classic but with something a little bit extra going on, rather than just a plain pencil dress. I love the cut on it. It feels super nice on. Again, the neckline for me.

This is actually a size 10, but I think I could have gotten an 8, and then it would have just come in that tad more on the waist there. But I can just get that tailored anyway to fit me perfectly.

KAREN MILLEN Petite Linen Cut Out Maxi Dress

Next up, we have this little white number. This is again from Karen Millen. I love this because I’ve been buying a lot of waistcoats recently. If you follow my Instagram, you’ll know I’ve just become obsessed with waistcoats. When I saw this, I thought, it’s got a bit of a waistcoat top coming into the dress, a little cutout, I fell in love with it. I think this is perfect for holidays. It is giving me sort of holiday vibes. I dressed this down, obviously, but you could dress this up if you wanted to. Dressing it down just felt more natural to me with this dress.

Olivia Cheery Red Dress

We’ll move on to the next. I think this is perfect for a wedding. I mean, the color is unreal. They do have other colors as well online, I just love this one. When I saw it, I think it’s very standout. You can tell it’s so well made, it’s super comfortable as well. So, I absolutely love this one, and then I struggled a little bit to do the zip up on the back. Obviously, just because I’m by myself, I would have somebody else help me zip up. I love the back on this as well and just feels so floppy and lush. Absolutely love it. So, this is a really good option for wedding guests coming up now in spring/summer.

Amy Lynn

Next dress is from Amy Lynn. I’ve ordered from Amy Lynn. Previously, it was a white shirt dress. It’s a very high-neck dress, it’s stunning. I’ve worn it so many times already. I feel like it’s my go-to, so that’s not included in today because it’s not really the occasion wear, but honestly, it is unbelievable. So, let me tell you about this one. So pretty. I’ve got a little tie so you can tie it as tight as you want. I love the low V again. I’ve switched bras with this one because I wanted to wear a bra. This bra is very, very low. It’s actually U-shaped, so you can’t see it with really low-cut stuff, which I love. More detail on this, I just think it’s so light and elegant and pretty. I’m loving lilac at the minute. So, this would be perfect for an occasional dress.

Reiss Jennah Puff Sleeve Cut Out Back Midi Dress

Next up, we have this little number from Reiss. Loving the sleeves to start. I love the deep V neck. It’s got a cute little bow in the back, which you’ve probably seen as I was getting ready. I paired it with my white hat and some Zara shoes. Love the color on this, I think it’s stunning. I was really unsure when I ordered it online because it said peach, normally I’m not one for peach. But when I tried it on, I thought, “Oh no, it is actually really lovely.” I think it’s very versatile

I think you could wear this to a wedding in the summer. You can also wear it on holidays or to any sort of event or occasion you’ve got. Obviously not black tie because of the cutout in the back, and the material on this is very summer. It feels very light, but absolutely love it.  It’s got a little bit of elasticated on the back there as well, it’s got some stretch. , I absolutely love this one. I think it’s super cute.

ALICIA White Floral Midi Sundress

Next up, we have this House of CB dress. I got at the beginning of last summer, I wore it so many times. I feel like this is the perfect barbecue dress if you’re going to a summer BBQ or on holidays. It’s so comfortable. I love that the waist cuts off, so sometimes I get a little bit bloated, it kind of hides the bloat a little bit. I just love the cut, the sleeves, like these bow details that you tie yourself. I just think it’s stunning. I’ve got so much wear out of this dress, paired it with a little basket bag from Zara and my Zara sandals. And this dress actually comes in other colors as well.

They’ve come out in this orange color that looks stunning. I’ve been debating buying the orange as well. It comes in different prints, I feel like this in orange with some gold heels for a summer wedding would also be stunning. It comes in a ton of other colors, and I am eyeing up an orange one.

Anne Louise Boutique Blue Dress

We have this from Anne Louise Boutique. Absolutely love this one. It feels so pretty on and light, comfortable. I have actually lost a little bit that connects at the back,  I’ve had to just put a tie on it for now, but the back is so pretty on this. The brand is actually sending me a new thing to connect the back up so I can wear this in Santorini next month. I think this one is stunning.

I love these sleeve details, the low V. I actually don’t have a bra on with this, but I do feel quite supported, especially when I get that tie. I’ll tie it quite tight at the back, so if you’re totally fine in this. Love the details on it and paired it with these Zara sandals and this little basket bag. Just love this one.

The Mimosa Dress

Lastly, we have another Anne Louise Boutique dress. Love the colors in this one. I don’t wear a bra with this one. I love the little cutouts, it fits absolutely perfect. I wear a small in both these dresses. I just feel like it’s super summery, perfect for evenings on holidays. Again, you could dress this up. This in the blue, I think would be totally fine for a beach wedding. I’m actually going to one in Florida this year, super excited for it.
