Hi loves and welcome back to my Blog today we’ve got a Work wear office Where You Haul whatever you want to call it I asked over on my Instagram while you guys were shopping for the minute and everyone was saying work way office way office ideas we’re back in the office now it seems so I thought that would be a really good time just get an office haul. First group bits are from Karen Miller and I’m actually working with them on the first part of this Blog I feel like I’ve been working with Karen Millen for years now but I’m so happy to be working with them again because I love love this stuff and it’s such a good one as well for office wear. Now let’s get started!
Italian Virgin Wool Double Breasted Short Coat
First up this Blazer I absolutely love the lapel on this I think that’s what drew me to it and the fact that it fits me I’m five foot ten so I’m quite tall so as I said in the past you’re probably bored of hearing it if you are a subscriber but I do struggle to get Blazers that come to a nice length on my body because I am tall so this comes with the perfect lens it’s got that hourglass shape which I absolutely love and It just fits so so well I was actually in need of a caramel Blazer.
So this worked out perfectly I love the little buttons the detail on the buttons I just think it looks so expensive and I think it’s going to be something I’ve got in my wardrobe for so so long and I think for a work way it’s just so easy to spell so many different ways I’ve popped it on with these faux leather trousers in the pic and it depends how casual your offices my previous office would have been totally fine to wear the full leather trousers and even biker boots at some points like they were really really chill if you like offices in London are quite chilled but obviously if you couldn’t wear the full leather trousers then you could just put it on with a bit of a smart pair of trousers like ones you’ll see later on in the hall or a little skirt and tights that there’s so many different ways you can wear this one.
Military Tailored Mini Dress
This Little black dress, you’ve probably seen this before if you do follow me on Instagram because I do wait in a ton because I also wear it as a little skirt with a jumper over there again are multiple ways you can wear this dress I’ve got in a few different colors because again It just fits me so well it’s so long and obviously being told I do struggle with that and it just comes to a really nice lens to the office as well like if you compare to sort of Zara and things like that there’s so many things I can’t wear to the office from them are the High Street Brands whether it’s with caramel and the Lents are always so so good it’s also got a high neck as well which I know some of you are aware of in the office like some people prefer to have a high neck so this is perfect it’s got the little cap sleeve.
So if your office has got the heating on and it’s sometimes good not to have sleeves isn’t it my office was used to be so so cold like I don’t know what why but the air con is always blasting was always freezing in there so I popped this with a little waist belt and again that Blazer over just showing another way you can wear the Blazer I just feel like this is a super easy staple just to have in your wardrobe again I’ve got it in multiple colors I love the little skirt and the length is just the fit on this it’s the perfect little black dress for office wear.
Compact Stretch Tailored High Waist Wide Leg Trouser
In black trousers I feel like if you’ve not got a pair of black wide leg trousers in your Workwear wardrobe you need a pair and these ones are just so perfect because they like a little bit extra they’re not just plain black wide leg trousers I love the waist on them they’ve got this like higher waist which you’ll see in better detail when I’ve got them on because it’s a bit hard to show you now and the belt loops are a little bit lower which again you’ll see on the clip when I pop them on but they’re just such a good staple I’ve got them in white as well I had them in white last summer and they’ve lasted so well I can’t wait to get them up for my summer wardrobe and again I hate to God about me being tall but these are such a good length and I feel like it’s gold or dust to find like a long pair of black trousers that actually reach the floor.
If you are tall you’ll know the struggle but they also come in petite as well so I’ll pop both links in the description box below and my call to work on these I just feel like they’re such a good staple again I’ve had the other one since last year I just feel like there’s so many different ways you can wear them as well and they’re just such a good Buy in the clip I popped on with this the little white shirt this is crop but obviously because they do come up quite high you can get away with wearing something cropped with them as well they’ve got pockets like I could go on about these trousers forever but I’m not going to but yeah they are amazing and they just look so so much more expensive than they are so I think that slips is.
Satin Polka Dot Skirt
This Work wear ball drop I’ve got one in black as well but I thought polka dot would just be a nice addition I think they’re super easy to style up you can sell them so many different ways and I feel like if you’re stuck for like an office outfit a slip skirt a pair of boots in a roll neck is just an easy go-to you can also reread these in the summer as well because they are quite light so obviously in the winter you can check on a pair of boats underneath tights and just like ballet flats Valley Flats Valley Flats is that right yeah Flats just flat shoes or in the summer you can wear with Trainers for example my office would allow like nice trainers a white T-shirt something like that like there’s so many different ways you can wear them.
I got this one in a size Euro small I just think it’s very light very easy to wear I popped it on with a black jumper and then like the shirt underneath with a pearl necklace and then when I re-watched the pic I was like does it work I’m not really sure it does but I think maybe for work it does I’m not sure you can make your own judgments on that but yeah this one was H&M just a good easy buy I think so next up we have this jumper from here to name and now it took me so Long to find that.
CREAM JUMPER WITH BLACK STRIP
There is a nice good quality material this is a wool blend so it’s really warm and it’s quite heavy and I know this sounds weird and I don’t know if it’s the right way to say it but it feels like structured like if you look at the arm it looks so good when you do this to it because the arms just stay like that if that makes sense so it was such a good buy this one and I’ve worn it so so much of one over the shoulder I’ve worn it on I wish it was a little bit more cropped because it is quite long but that’s not a deal-breaker for me I’ve literally worn it so much as it is so I do love this one it is quite warm obviously if you’ve got a warm office you might be a bit warm like wear a vest underneath in case you need to take it off but it’s just such a good buy and you can wear this so many different ways.
This is such a good one that you can wear out of the office as well like I’ve literally worn this so much like I can’t tell you how much I’ve worn it it is more expensive than the other knitwear in H&M because it is the wool blend but I think it was around 49 pounds and I got this in a size small so again a ton of ways you can wear it and just like a really good staple piece that comes back in every year I feel like stripe jumpers just come back in every Autumn winter they go away then they come back every single the same thing.
Balloon-sleeved wrap dress
We have probably the most office thing in the whole haul I think this is probably the most office Vibes it’s just a little dress I just got it because I thought it was super easy to include like if you’re stuck and you don’t want to win multiple things and you just want something comfy you know like sometimes if you’re feeling a bit bloated I just think it’s nice to have just like a flowy dress it’s got a little waist size it’s still flattering I love the coloring I just think it’s perfect for the office like that neutral and black again so easy to wear just with like a pair of boots in the winter or you can just pop them on the flat in the summer I just think this is an easy one it’s quite light too because it’s still wear it in the summer as well like in the summer last year.
I think I wore so much blacks after the office but I just don’t think it matters when you’re going to work because they’re like you don’t have to be in summer bright colors I just feel more comfortable and more neutral colors for the office I did get this in a size small I can’t remember the price on this one but again just super easy the only thing I will say on this one it does have a split in it so if that if you’re not comfy with like a split it does have I’ve tried to show it in the Pic just got a little bit of a split up the leg but you could pin it obviously if you didn’t want the split to go as.
Cotton shirt
We have this blue shirt I got this again from H&M just because I thought everyone should have a blue shirt in their wardrobe I feel like this is such an easy one for the office with great easy to style and just such a good one to have I often just Chuck it on and underneath a black jumper on top just so you can see the color coming through which I love and like the uh cuffs I think that’s such a nice look and yeah again super easy to wear really nice material I got this in a size small I feel like H&M have got some really good work with them.
I just feel like they’re very easy pieces very timeless again this is a blue striped shirt so good to have in your Workwear wardrobe because I feel like it’s never going to go to style like they just stay in style don’t they every single year I’ve popped it on with shorts in the video but again you can pop tights with this or you could wear this with trousers like there’s so many different ways you can wear it and last up on H&M I was unsure whether to include this in the work way hall or whether it’s Just included on like a collective haul that I’II Probably do little bit later.
Double-breasted trench coat
Up on H&M I was unsure whether to include this in the work way hall or whether it’s just included on like a collective haul that I’ll probably do little bit later on next month on my Blog but I thought you know what let me include it because I do think it is a really good one to just check on over office Easter just so it was such a good way I’ve been looking for a black trench coat for such a long time and the price point on this was really good I think it was around 30 pounds I got it in a size small and I just think it looks more expensive than it is again the lens on this one is so good if you are a little bit taller.
It comes with really nice length on me it’s super light and I just think it like adds something say If you wanted to just wear like an all-black outfit you were feeling like super boring one day black trousers and a black T-shirt and some flat shoes I think this just adds a little bit of something and even then you could chuck this on over there and then put this over the shoulder and I just think it makes you like just elevate your outfit a little bit like I do love a trench I think there’s such a good thing to have in your wardrobe so I did include it today just because I thought it does go and um yeah I just love this one.
Tailored Single Breasted Blazer
We’re onto Zara and we’ve only got one Zara uh piece in this Blog today which is not like me but I’ve actually not been enjoying Zara Rush lately I probably will go back there but I think because the sale is on the minute I’m just not buying that much I just done and the sizes are all off and everything and the delivery takes ages so just puts me off but I did pick this up in the sale and it’s still in stock I checked it before I filmed this morning so it will still be in stock if you did warn it and again it’s quite similar to this I think the camera one is nicer to be honest but I haven’t got a lighter gray one and this is more of a court like it’s heavier than the camera one and the camera one is obviously a mix of a Blazer and a thought but this feels more of a cold if that makes sense again it’s got that hourglass shape on it the buttons are a bit not as nice as the camera one they’re just plain black but obviously the price point for this is much lower so that’s what you obviously expect I do love the lapel though I think a nice big lapel is always nice.
Does make you look a little bit more expensive than it is and I got this in a size medium and I just think it’s quite a good buy even like if obviously for the office yeah but even just like an everyday as well just easy to throw on again I pop this with jeans but if you can’t wear jeans in the office then you could just swap them up some black trousers such an easy substitution to make like any outfits you think or that might not be office and obviously enough for me like you can always just swap out a couple of items to still make the outfit but just more like appropriate for whatever your workplace wants you to dress like it is funny now most like workplace is just so different like I just feel like they’re so chilled in London.
