Essential Workwear Haul 2023 for the Summer-Autumn Transition

Essential Workwear Haul 2023 for the Summer-Autumn Transition

Today we have a Workwear haul for the upcoming transitional season, and I am so happy that Autumn is just around the corner. So, we’re kind of done with Summer buying now. I thought now would be a good time to show you some office and sport looks for the upcoming season. We have a few different brands in this video, but Urban Revival is actually sponsoring the first part of this video, so thank you so much to them for that. The first few pieces we’ll talk about are from Urban Revival. They have some great things in the Vanessa, and I’m super excited to show you them. I’m gonna try everything on and pop the clip to the side so you can see the items on as well.

Cream Tweed Jacket

One of my favorite items from this haul is this cream tweed jacket, and I’ve been on the lookout for one of these for such a long time. It’s really hard to find a good quality one at a decent price. Many were coming up at 300, 250, 400 pounds, but I think this one is such good quality, especially for its price point. Before I pop it on, let me show you a closer look. The material feels fantastic, and I love the little buttons and pocket details. The fit is perfect too. I got this in a size UK 8 Euro 36. I’ll just pop that on so you can see. I’ve styled it with these caramel trousers, an Abercrombie top, Lily silk belt, and the shoes are from Berry. You’ll see me mix and match these pieces with a few others in this haul.

Black Tweed Jackets

If there’s one thing Urban Revival does well, it’s Tweed jackets. I have so many of them, and they just fit me so well. This one is a bit different, with different colors running through it—pink, blue, white, cream, and black. The colors mix so well when I’ve tried it on, and I love it. There’s a little black trim on the pockets, lovely gold hardware, and those little details make it look more expensive than it actually is. I got this in a size UK 10 and a medium, so I sized up on this one. The cream one was one size smaller. I’ve styled it with some black sandal shorts, a belt to dress it up, and yes, boots because I’m so excited to wear them again for Autumn. If it’s too early for boots where you are, you could pair it with black flats or trousers. There are so many ways to wear and style these jackets, and that’s what I love about them.

Next up, keeping that Chanel-inspired theme, let’s talk about this cardigan top. It has a similar look but is a lot lighter with a cream trim. The buttons have some pearl detailing along with the gold. It’s quite stretchy, so I went for a UK 8, which is a size small. Honestly, I probably could have gone smaller. I’ve paired it with the same white caramel trousers as in the first pic because I thought it went really well.

Black Midi Dress

Next up, we have something a little bit different—a black knitted dress. I’ve seen very similar dresses from a few brands, possibly Caris or My Duty. I think Sofia Richie may have even posted in something similar, and then everyone went crazy for this style. It’s a black midi dress that comes down just below my knees, with gold buttons. The material is quite heavy, perfect for the office, especially in this transitional weather.

You can pair it with various shoes; I’ve gone with higher shoes, but black flats or even boots would work well. I picked this up in a size UK 8, small, and it fits perfectly. I do wish it was a bit longer on me, but being five foot ten, I’m on the taller side. If you’re a bit shorter, it would probably come to the perfect length on you.

White Top

Next up, we have this little white top, and I think it could double as a light jacket if you wanted to wear a white vest underneath. In the clip, I’ve worn it as a top by itself because I feel like it stands on its own. Let me show you a close-up. It’s a lot lighter than the others, made of cotton material with a subtle shininess—kind of a mix of silver and cream. The plain buttons give it a clean look. I got it in a size UK 8, size small. I feel like this is a versatile piece that you can wear casually. I’ve paired it with the cream trousers again, which I have on today.

You might be getting bored of seeing them, but I thought it looked really cute. This is one you could easily dress up for the evening too. Pair it with a little white skirt, and it transitions seamlessly from the office to a night out. I’ve tried to include outfits that work for both, because who wants to buy clothes just for the office, right?

Lastly, from Urban Revival, we’ve got the final piece—the black tweed jacket. Again, one of my favorite pieces. I just love it, and you can wear it in so many different ways. It’s been on my wishlist for a while. I have a similar striped one, but I didn’t have a plain black and gold, so this is the perfect addition to my wardrobe right now. I got this in a size UK 8, small. Let me show you another close-up of those buttons. Gold hardware, little pockets, and again, the fit is perfect. It’s quite heavy like the first one, with a bit of shoulder structure, giving it a very structured feel when worn.

You can really see in the pic how well it fits. This is one of my favorite outfits, along with the first one we saw with the cream. I just love it. You can never go wrong with an all-black outfit, especially for the office. It’s the easy go-to for those days when you just don’t know what to wear. Black trousers, black vest, and a cute jacket—it elevates the look, makes it appear more expensive, and puts it all together. I absolutely love this look.

Bodysuit

Bodysuit

We’ve got this little shirt—it’s actually a bodysuit, which is so convenient if you want to wear things tucked in without the hassle of a shirt bunching up underneath your trousers. This bodysuit is from Caramelan, and I get a lot of my officey stuff from there. I bought so much from them, and if I still have a code, I’ll pop it in the description box. I got this one in a size UK 10. One of the things I love about Caramelan bodysuits is that I’m 5’10”, and they fit me really well. They’re long enough, and if you’ve ever struggled with bodysuits being uncomfortable because they don’t quite fit, you’ll appreciate this. The arms are long enough, and the bodysuits are long enough as well as the trousers.

I’ve paired it with this Abercrombie little gray dress, a Lily silk belt, and some high shoes. You can, of course, restyle this with flats if high shoes aren’t your office vibe. I know some offices may find high shoes a bit too much, so you can adapt it to your office style. You can also pair it with white trousers, which I’ve been wearing with everything. I wanted to show you a different style. I love a dress over the shoes—it looks so nice and makes it seem like you’ve put in a bit more effort.

Gray Double Breasted Blazer

Next up, we’re going to talk about this gray double-breasted blazer. I do have another gray blazer in my wardrobe, but this one is a darker charcoal gray, and it’s double-breasted. I recently picked up these gray trousers which I’ll talk about next, and I thought this blazer paired really well with them. It’s perfect for styling in various ways; you could even pop it on with jeans for a different look. Today, though, we’re focusing on office wear, so I’ve styled it in a more professional way. I got this in a size UK 10.

It’s not as heavy as some of the jackets I’ve gotten from Caramelan. I have a few blazers that double up as coats, but this one is more lightweight. You could comfortably wear it around the office all day without feeling too hot. In the pic, I’ve paired it with the new gray wool trousers from Lily Silk and a cream top from Abercrombie. I feel like this is going to be a great office outfit, especially the top with its high neck—it’s comfortable, and the material is soft. It comes in a variety of colors, so it might be worth investing in. I’ve worn it so many times, even in this haul, and it’s just perfect for office vibes.

Gray Trousers

Let’s talk about those gray trousers you saw in that clip. I’m going to style them a bit differently in this one. I was pleasantly surprised by these trousers because when I ordered them, I wasn’t sure if they would look odd on me being tall and not reaching as long as I thought they should. They come to my ankles, but I think they actually work that way—it’s just the style. They’re so soft and versatile. I’ve styled them in many different ways in my styling videos, and I can’t wait to wear them when the weather gets a bit colder.

These trousers are from Lily Silk, and they have a comfortable, loose fit. The label says a size six, but I’ll find out the exact size Lily Silk uses. they have an elasticated waistband on the back, and the front has a discreet closure—you can’t really see that there’s a button on it. It just goes there seamlessly. They are honestly so comfortable and versatile. I absolutely love them!

Cream Jumper

This cream jumper is seriously so soft—it’s 70% wool and 30% cashmere, making it incredibly comfortable. That’s what I adore about Lily Silk; their pieces are irresistibly soft and comfy. I can already imagine styling this jumper in various ways. Today, I’ve gone for office vibes, but its versatility means I can effortlessly switch up the looks. The balloon sleeves and slightly oversized fit are perfect. I grabbed this in a size small, and it fits like a dream. The belt and clip are also from Lily Silk.

Karen Millen Blazer

Caramel Blazer

Let’s talk about this chic little blazer from Karen Millen Blazer. I’ve been on the lookout for a blazer in this specific color, and this one caught my eye. What sets it apart is the lower price point compared to many other online options. Sure, it’s made from a mix of materials, including polyester, spandex, and elastin, but it doesn’t compromise on style. Despite the varied composition, it maintains a classy structure that doesn’t scream cheap.

I’m all about the fit, and being tall, I usually lean towards more fitted Blazers. This one strikes a balance—it’s not too oversized, and I appreciate that. The tailored fit, with a subtle cinch and flare, complements my body shape well. I snagged this in a size UK 10, and it’s just right.

Silk Shirts

Next up, we’re going to talk about these little shirts, and this is actually, again, from Lily silk. I feel like they do really good office wear, which is why you’ll see a few of the pieces in this haul. I got this in a size small, and I got it because I’ve got the white and blue one. I just want it so much. I’ve pulled it out of my wardrobe so many times to start with so many different things. I feel like a silk shirt is just a go-to, so when I saw that it came in black for this upcoming season, I picked it up in black and white as well. I feel like you can style this so many different ways, and I’ll just show you a few in the clips.

If you do follow me on Instagram, you might have already seen I did a little office wear video on these. This is how I’ve got the three different clips of the three different outfits and just three different ways to style it. But honestly, these are just three ways you can style these so many more ways, which is why I wanted to include this. And if black and white isn’t your thing, this also does come in that blue color as well, which is so nice and just such a good staple for the upcoming season.

Extra From Cara Milan

Extra From Cara Milan

we have spoken about this one time before in one of my other hauls, but I’ve wanted to include it because it is still on the website, and honestly, it’s just something I wear so much. I always pull it out of my wardrobe if I’ve got sort of a worky event that I don’t know what to wear. I just feel like these dresses are so easy to throw on, and they’re high neck, so they’re perfect for the office. I feel like they come in a really lovely length. This is from Cara Milan as well, and you’ve got this sort of pleated skirt, and it comes in tons of different colors. It comes in khaki, cream, black. I think it actually comes in red as well.

Well, I’ve got the black, the cream, and the khaki because honestly, you can just wear them a ton. There are so many different ways you can wear them, and I just love the fit on it. I’ve got this one in a UK 10. That is the size.

And that is it for me today and that is it for my office Workwear haul I hope you enjoyed it if you did definitely view the video down below and drop a comment below thank you so much for reading, and don’t forget to check out my other Blogs!
